Would it make sense for the majority owners to accept this financing package if they were confident that they could get the company sold by the June deadline? Could they avoid enough of the dilution to feel that the worst provisions of the financing package would not go into effect? Maybe they have one or more buyers already in talks that will lead to a sale in their estimation.
