I may be out of place responding to your concerns regarding
J.L. or anyone getting information of forthcoming news releases and
other information. If so please feel free to tell me to take a hike.

I would like to share with you some of my feelings on the subject.
when news reaches us you can be certain we are the last to know regardless of how fast we receive it. Everyone in the know has taken positions and is selling into our buying. This happens every day, just spend some time in #daytraders and you can see in real time how fast news travels before it hits any of the news wires. I feel that JL
was heads up and passed the information on to the FAMH thread for others to take a position. I personally was watching FAMH today with the intent to take another position and I did when I saw the buying picking up on Level II. This was prior to JL posting of the forthcoming news. Is it fair that I have level II and other investors do not? The playing field is not level. All we can do is take advantage of the tools available to us,level II,rt news,SI,rumors on the net etc.
When I first starting investing I would would take a position when I read a press release. Do you know what happened to my account? You guessed it,I almost wiped it out.

My point is everyone gets information at a different step on the ladder.

I think FAMH my gap on Monday because of all the investors that will see the press release after work today and over the weekend.
