lknapp and all. I invested in TOTL a couple of months ago based, I admit, a lot more on internet interest than upon any real knowledge of the company. Today I firmly believe I know a lot less about it now than I did then. Questions that come to mind are: 1) Who is the investment group? 2) Where are the 1 mil shares now and 250k later coming from? 3) Is this some form of retirement sale by Zissman? To just anybody? To someone he prefers to manage the company? 4) Does this tend to peg the price temporarily to no less (or not a heck of a lot more) than 2 1/4? We probably won't know a lot more until just who the investor group is becomes clear. Ain't life interesting? Slightly stewing, Old Hack
