Derek Allen,
I think it appropriate and time for me to personally THANK YOU for finally admitting the TRUTH to me in Post #2536, as well as all the posters and lurkers to this thread.
"YOU ARE RIGHT. WE DO NOT HAVE HARD PROOF PERTAINING TO OTHERS ASSOCIATED WITH THIS".
If you had admitted that one year ago, Mr. Allen, a lot of unnecessary hard feeling on this thread could have been prevented or avoided and YES, YOUR BRINGING THE KLENOVIC information to light certainly was APPRECIATED, because in the long run IMO it helped this company survive. I think it also backfired on you. Certainly Klenovic and Bunte know the competitors and have dealt with them in the past. In Post #389 Raleigh Baughman said he talked with Bunte and Bunte told him that your post had to do with a competitor that had used underhanded tactics in the past. Early clue to this. The best thing that I did was make it a high priority to attend the SH meeting last Oct. What the competitor did after the meeting was just as shocking to me as the fact that I found out a competitor was an investor in NVID. Management handled this very appropriately I think and their business not mine. It just happened in a public setting and I was there and could not help but see. Made me even more suspicious about you and your post #1923 and gave me more encouragement that I made the right decision. Sometimes good things just fall in your lap and I just happen to believe there has to be a reason this happens.....when you least expect it.
My question to Ken Moss certainly brought you forth to CONFESS to me and all on this thread THE TRUTH. It was worth all the time and abuse I was subjected to, to SEE that posted to this thread. In fact surprised me that you did it so fast, cause then I REALLY knew I was correct. IMHO, IN TIME WE WILL KNOW MORE. Somehow, someway the whole truth always does come out.
Remember I said that after the fact things come to light. Seems they have. One of the first faxes you sent was by way of Kinko's in Chicago. Thought surely a private investment company would have their own fax machine, but can surely understand the reason behind that in your situation. Another clue as to why a legitimate investment person would use Kinko's?????? Most faxes do identify the company and fax number of same from destination to sender. Found out that NVID had distributors in Chicago and NVID's second biggest competitor located there also. This discussed on this thread, I'm told, but now do not need to do all the research on these posts because in my mind the SEC has now agreed on proposed terms of settlement and NVID will soon be able to continue their lawful business activities and function fully as a public company, so says Dave Larson in release.
OFF TOPIC: Your mention of the earring leads me to believe that you too are of the younger generation. Many teenagers and young men do wear earrings, mostly to make a statement, I'm told. No big deal, but important enough for you to mention it to me. I always look to see which ear because where I live there is a saying, Left is right, and right is wrong.................! Also don't believe most or many older men would be caught dead with an earring ensconced in either ear, sometimes or ever. IMHO...vbg... how funny, but guess you do own a sense of humor or maybe it was a bit of sarcasm, better guess the latter, I think.
ON TOPIC: Yesterday with the news becoming public that NVID and the SEC staff have agreed on proposed terms to settle litigation appears to say that you have failed all attempts to kill this company. The release definitely stated the staff felt confident in sufficient time the settlement would be accepted. What transpires now should be confined to the future of the company and not the past. The past will take care of itself through our system. May disappoint you again, but it is the system we live by. I intend to stay invested and look forward to hearing what direction Mike Redden and Dave Larson have taken this company in this past year. I believe they have dealt with the past and have worked hard to get the company in compliance in all matters. Think they surely deserve that chance for staying the course and not giving up and working so hard for the remaining investors of this company. I believe they could have let this company go under and gone on with their lives, but they believed strongly enough in their products to want to see the company survive and it has, thanks to their efforts. I as a hang on investor surely appreciate their hard work and efforts especially in light of you accusing them of trying to get their hands on the assets to continue a scam. It is my sincere hope that backfires on you also, because I do not believe your accusation. I believe they are perfectly capable of dealing with you and it is their business how to handle your accusation.
Back to lurking and waiting for the final order from the SEC. Have surely had to do a lot of waiting concerning all of this but patience has surely been on my side because the longer it takes THE MORE INFORMATION I HAVE LEARNED.
Since I have been the only investor posting of late to non investors felt I should thank you for admitting I was RIGHT. Certainly felt that helped my side of the debate. No need to respond to this as I feel as far as I have been concerned in this, I now have my SATISFACTION and ANSWERS and you have vindicated me also for all the wrath you accused me of and anything you further post would fall under the category of possible "UNTRUTH', and a waste of my time, IMHO. I intend to be concerned with the future of this company from this point on and let those that you accused tend to their own business. I personally wish them the best of luck in getting on with their lives. I hope that others on this thread want to look at the company from today on also and that the past posting surely does not become the future posting on this thread.
At this time, it is my intention to be at the next SH meeting also so will see Mr. Competitor again I guess unless he sells his shares of stock because of all this. Goodbye, Derek Allen.
