Armin, This deal will be done idea means Peggy has been offered a deal and she is trying to modify it by brinksmanship. It is quite true that if it goes to bankruptcy court it will not be liquidated until the coutr hears her plans for financing. the courts do have powers and they might see a better deal for SH her way, but then they might not quite see it her way so she will want to avoid it. However the fear of the courst can be used to get a better deal. This is the process we are now in and some deal will be struck soon. Who knows the fine details. Bill
