Smart Money Magazine
May issue of this mag just came out with their 10 stocks under $25.
The tree made the list.
Some highlights:

Baron Capital is loading up on the stock.

Classroom space has been dramatically increased, giving it more room then it actually needs. This is in answer to last years leasing of high-cost classrooms that hurt their bottom line."As we grow, it will be utilized more and more fully, and we will see margins improve" says Eric Garen, Learning Tree's president

The tree currently markets 92 CD-ROM courses, they are pushing to reach 200 so that it can be a one stop training center for their clients.

Morty Schaja, the managing director at Baron, which owns 4.5 million shares of the company says "We look out a couple of years, beyond the margin depression we now have, and see the opportunity for a 14% operating margin"----up from 7.6 percent in fiscal 97.

Baron's expects sales to grow 25 to 30 percent for several years.

Hope this helps, Sye
