I heard off the Street that some people thought the number of shares increased. These shares were NOT issued, restricted or otherwise. I haven't read the footnote myself, I hate the cumbersome way Edgar is the first 48 hours... It has something to do with some parties that thought enough of the Company to invest several million $$$ in it recently. I'm told to read THE WHOLE S-1, not just a piece here and there, to get the full picture. Colin
