Sid As far as the class action suits are concerned, I will not even pretend to be an expert..or even a "close pert"! However, if you will refer back to David Chanin's post of this morning (Post #7193) and the other reply that Chip Roos gave you concerning this question, you will basically have my opinion! I think they both gave great opinions on this touchy subject. Personally, I choose to ignore them! It makes my heartburn less aggravating to do so! Playing stocks is like puttiing quarters in a one armed bandit. Sometimes you walk away smiling and sometimes you sulk away in tears. Either way, suing the casino is a useless waste of energy. I think today was good for VVUS and I will "savor the flavor" all weekend, hoping that "something" good is in the works. Have a great weekend, E'Lane btw-Are you a "Dawg"? MAJOR "Vol" fan here..nice to meet you!!
