Jim, Thinking about the FUTURE prospects, I don't see any advantage of NETM over FTPS. Rather I believe FTPS is more promising. FTPS basically stoped most of their old product lines and refocused on the core IP technology with the aim of being a major intranet conectivity surpplier. NETM is still doing what FTPS has abandoned, fihghting directly with MSFT and NSCP. JL
