Mr. Greg,

Actually I thought it was pretty clear. Go under Yahoo! Finance, type in MSFT, click on profile, go down to where it says Per-Share Data, look at CASH. MSFT has $4.17/per share of cash ( from my understanding) and if you multiply that times 21, then you get the share price (almost). So I figured up that WOTD would have right of the start, a cash per share value of $1.28. So if you multiply that time 21, like MSFT then you have a share price $26.88. Just my simple obeservations. Just thought it might help. It sounds good to me! Maybe this is what WOTD/CVIA had in mind, YOU NEVER KNOW, anything can happen in this world!

Regards,

Fatt Matt

P.S. Like DEXX said, Please answer my previous question. Thank you.
