Well, long time no post.
Sometimes I can be impatient. Other times I look at people flying off the handle and wonder, "Why can't they control themselves?"
I think we all have built-in mechanisms that protect us from self-judgment. It's nature's way of making sure we still like ourselves the next day (despite the fact we appear most hypocritical - but we ignore the hypocrisy too).
These investor threads are a vast display of all that is right and wrong with humanity. We laugh, we yell, we withdraw, we get hurt, we attack, we retreat, we inform, we lie (except for me, or is that a self-protection too?), we exaggerate, we assume, we tease, we threaten, we mock, we post without thinking, and many more.
One wonders what it would be like if all the posters on a particular thread were suddenly transported to a room and were suddenly in each other's presence...wow, would that be interesting!
