George, I enjoy your posts and your wit normally, but I don't really understand this post you put up. You say you are feeling concerned about DCTC because some people have left the BB, you are down 40% and Joe Murphy is not currently posting on this BB at present??? To me, none of those issues have any real bearing on the evaluation of my investment in DCTC, nor in my comfort level. Sure the drop in DCTC bothers me too, my life savings are in the sucker but that is not to me a reason to consider selling. The questions I tend to ask myself when I feel concerns are more like: "Given a worst case scenario, what is the least I could imagine Joe would get for DCI for if he were to sell it TODAY??" (And to anyone that get's a number that is less than $1.37, please ask the teacher to help you with your math. (G)) The way I see it, barring an unforseen disaster, there is no way any of us will be hurt long term (well short of a having a heart attack that is. (G)) through buying or holding shares at this level. As to why Joe Murphy is not posting? I give you my personal hunches.

1. He truly is busy and does not have the time to spare right now.

2. Consider a fundamental change that has occurred, the company is now using debt for M/A's now, not stock. The stocks performance is certanily important to DCI and it's the winning ticket at the end game but it's value no longer crucial to moving forward with M/A's. While I am sure that Joe's shareholder concerns remain the same, he probably feels he can help his shareholders more by spending his energies building this company.

3. It's great having Joe on the BB, I have enjoyed reading those posts, but right now there are a lot of things going on that he just can't talk about. What if, while posting he said something or alluded to something that ended up causing problems in some deal he is working on? The benefit just does not warrant the gain IMO.

James
