I trade with Lombard and have very good experience. However, when I place a limit order on the bid or ask or a market order, I ask to stay on the phone while the trade is confrimed. Over more than 10 trades with this scenario my only experience is positive. They are also very good at confirming, verbally, that stock can be borrowed for a short. I have noted that getting back confirmation of a trade if I don't get it immediately is a wait sometimes. I think that the execution may be the same, it is the notification of the execution that is different when you don't get it on the phone. Good Trading!
