Nice to see(?) ya.
Don't know who the investor group is.
Was told the 1 million shares came from treasury stock.
... So I understand that to mean NO dilution.
Just an inflow of $2.25 million to add to the $1.6 million cash they had.
The new CEO has been on the board for a couple of years (or so) and is well connected with Wall Street as well as the government.
And no stranger to world commerce.
And he was a well-received addition to the board.
My take is it"s a "Friendly" move by Zissman.

As far as pegging the price, I'm a prejudiced Long, but I see the $2.25 price as support.
There is the "give up control" provision, but I don's see the "excessive profits" usually built into these deals for the new investor(s).
Therefore my conclusion that it is a positive move.

No doubt there will be more news.
Like, what are they going to do with all that cash?
Something is surely in the works.
The Board was in meetings for a day & half or so earlier in the week.
So the rumor-mongers could jump all over this thing.

What it all boils down to, will take us a few weeks to find out.
Company has until May 15 to file earnings.
But we should be able to expect them by the first full week in May.
Picture should be clearer then.

After 10 years of bouncing between $1 and $2, this company has the right product, the right customers, and I think, the right managers to make the company and we shareholders some money.
