Your analysis of the deals looks OK to me, but I
seldom get into a stock that deep.
Todays run may have been sparked in part because of
biz.yahoo.com
released 7am this moring..she gapped up on the open..

Generally I do look at sales to price, as I like a good cash
flow. I fail to pay a lot of attention to earnings and stuff as
I assume it's mostly built into the price by the time I get it,
I'v seen them go up on bad reports and down on good ones..
but more than that take Cendant for example. Unless it's really
a big outfit with brand name auditors I expect them to skew
things one way or the other at times, if they have good cash
flow they have the ability to dress things up.

I'm more a trader than an investor..
I would be more interested in inside buying, or selling,
what the short interest is..which funds and how many
own the stock..and things like that. Scared to death of
convertables and other gimics to raise cash cash..
How many options do they give away under what conditions
and at what price..

I made a few bucks off her last year too.
