Anika filed an SEC Schedule 14A on 17 April 1998. In it, I see that the Kaufmann Fund now has 1,000,000 shares or 10.1 percent of Anika's stock. In my opinion, when Kaufmann buys so much of an emerging company, it's a very good endorsement.
