ACQUISITIONS-MERGERS / Austpro Energy Corporation Acquires Shares of James A. Ion Consulting Ltd. VSE SYMBOL: AUS APRIL 17, 1998 VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--Mr. Edward Odishaw, Chairman of the Board of Austpro Energy Corporation (the "Company"), is pleased to announce the completion of the acquisition of all of the issued shares of James A. Ion Consulting Ltd. for an aggregate consideration of $60,000 comprised of $20,000 in cash and 100,000 shares of the Company.
