Mark, and others-- The best time to buy a stock is when nobody likes it, yes? With the qualification: that value still exists. It may be early, but shareholders appear to be discontented, and that is good. Peter Lynch suggested buying stock in companies that any idiot could run... because sooner or later one will. In a similar vein, it could be profitable to buy stock in companies that are being mismanaged. Poor management leads to a lower, or bargain, price.
