That just goes along with what we have been saying the server is where the smarts and most engineering/software support is required (and where the money is going). We are instituting an e-mail where I work ( a Fortune 50 company) where the entire database will be on a server and everyone companywide will access e-mail through that server and all use Microsoft Outlook. The Servers are getting fatter and the PCs are getting thinner. All of the PC vendors (not just DELL) are geared toward sell and forget (IMO). As we have also discussed DEC the best around at the after the sale support. If the merger with CPQ goes through; I think CPQ reputation for quality of support will rise dramatically and I think that are really think that CPQ is ahead of DELL in understanding the market dynamics both in sub $1000. PCs and the changing enterprise computing architecture. OT To copy a link (at least in Netscape) go up to the Location window with the URL and click with left mouse button.
