I found an internet site about ECS but I am not sure it is the same company GLOBAL is buying, and if it is whether GLOBAL will get this part of the business as well. The site talks about Internet Card Processing (not debit card sales) and they are out of California not Florida. It would be great if it was the same ECS, after reading their web pages it looks very impressive.
