On the contrary there is nothing in the lawsuit that seems false
to me. Sounds like one of the rare genuine ones. It is obvious that
Compaq deliberately inflated the stock to make a (cheaper) partial
stock bid for DEC. CPQ may (should) fry in this lawsuit.
