Just one more note from this month's Review of Opthamology. In the supplement to the journal there is a 4 page spread on Dr. David Brown's techniques at his surgical center in Ft. Myers, FL. The article mentions other surgeons coming to study his methods and taking notes and videos so that they can implement them at their centers. Dr. Brown is one of the investigators for SNRS and also one of the speakers at the ASCRS meeting tomorrow. Looks like the MD's involved with SNRS really are Opinion-Leaders in their profession.
