To All: EVAN STURZA's STAKES MUST BE REALLY HIGH for him to be generating this much "NOISE". Once again he has his buddy Allan abelson on the case. DORFman , Abelson, and sturza (as a 31 year old he already has made the top circle of journalist distortionism,IMO. Hey , I shouldn't knot it sex , violence , crime, and distortion sell )
He discounts the views of the big Wall Street houses as bias because of their financial involvement. Well, in his little world this is a make or break for him I would say, and he saying that loud and clear by his actions, so he is as far from being non bias as one can get.
Sturza is displaying here his ability to get to the inside of many of the media organizations with at best few credentials IMHO. Take a look at his model portfolio, nothing spectacular or to write home about, and make your own judgement, that is my reading.
It is also my personal opinion that he just may know something, thru his network of many contacts, that the rest of us don't know and it is bad news for him ,and that is the only way I account for his racing to beat the clock while he can still possibly have a chance at driving the stock down and making more available for covering short positions.
If his contacts were telling him NVX will not get FDA approval he I am sure would be intelligent enough to sit back , continue to recomment shorting NVX stock, and come out a real winner. Such is obviously not the case.
I must emphasize he is no longer saying short the stock . He is now just saying SELL. It is my opinion He is now trying to reach his non subscribers who are long the stock to sell so as to increase the supply for the shorts who have followed his advise and are really stuck , big time, IMO.
I am really sorry that I find it neccesary to resort to writing out my opinions and feelings on this , but I really want TRUTH to prevail and I feel his activity and the activity of the media who are so shallow and irresponsible in their research and on what they print that I feel someone should speak up for the company and the NVX stockholders who are so harrassed by there thougthless, unsupportable statements and actions. At least the internet and this forum can hold them accountable a little bit.
One last comment: How come Abelson goes for this BS? Here is my far out thinking on that. Many years ago a man by the name of Dr. Phil Frost founded a company called Key Pharmasuitical (sp?) KPH.
Abelson wrote an article , which turned out to be totally untrue and the stock bombed, this was just at the time, as it turned out later I am told, that KPH was in talks to be taken over, very bad timing for KPH. The take over deal was put off. After that I for one trashed Abelson. Could thier be a latent connection? IMHO |
