The Justice Department's action on Microsoft has everyone missing the point infoworld.com Not that the point hasn't been made before here, at least once or twice, by naive high school civics guy. In an unusual fit of brevity, I'll cut to the conclusion and leave the Microsoft Millennium / Bill Gates IS John Galt crowd to rebut as they please. Microsoft's existence depends on enforcement of intellectual property laws. Just like you and me, it has to obey the others, too -- it doesn't get to pick and choose. Cheers, Dan.
