Hi All! Seems that DeBeers is pretty confident in the outcome. I am not up on SA mining Laws so if anybody is plse enlighten me on the following subject. If DeBeers wins the mineral rights, can they start mining on (presumed private property) now owned by RG and Suf without permission from the owners? It would be interesting to also find out how much short selling was involved in the last couple of days. Cheers !!! Peter
