David, There was a marked change in the TL, about the time we felt the illegal shorts were stopped. Prior to that time, we were seeing large 3-5K blocks coming across at the ask on a regular basis. Close examination of the TL showed me that if those large blocks were counted at shorts, the TL made sense again and I believe that this is what we were seeing during that time. So I agree, I think that the illegal shorting has been stopped, but that our shorter (who apparently is actually just a seller since he has been shorting against the box) appears to me has found a way to feed his shares to the MM's directly. FRAN in particular, will just sit there on the ASK and feed us shares without moving even when heavy buying comes in and in fact last Friday just walked the ask down on us..what does that tell you? I could be wrong, but I don't think that the MM's are short at all, I think that they are loaded with shares to move. It's my opinion however that there is a good chance that those shares are restricted, and if so then the potential for the MM's to suddenly find themselves short exists. CC shareholders are only paying .20 for those options, but I don't think that we will see anything below a dollar unless there is a lot of panic selling which I doubt. It is this type of situation that makes it so important for DCI shareholders to really understand what they own and to not focus on the stocks performance but of course everyone needs to make their own decisions. Except for the 5K shares I sold to pay my income taxes, which I instead reinvested the proceeds completely back into DCTC when the price dropped that same day, I haven't sold a single share this year myself and am looking to start adding again next week. Right now we can buy a whole lot of a great company, for very little $$. Buying on the way down is a tough thing to do and I know since I have been doing this since November but it's the "logical" thing to do. (G)
