So do you see much higher price?? In what time frame?

Robert,

My philosophy (actually lesson learned the hard way) is that Never Tell a Stock What To Do, but instead listen to what it's telling you.

Borl has just barely warmed up this week by breaking 10. The chart formation appears to be of the cup-and-handle as discovered by William O'Neal of the IBD fame. If it is, we will see very strong rally for at least 3-4 weeks.

To answer your question though, Borl is a trending stock. What I mean is the stock has a tendency to carry the trend in extended period of time (1 year or more). You have to look at the monthly chart on SI (for example) to see what I mean. Look at the downtrend from Dec'91 to Dec'94, that's 3 years. Uptrend from Jan'95 - Jan'96, that's 1 year, etc..

My guess is that this rally that started around mid Jan will go on until the end of Nov at the very least. Along the way, I expect to see it test the last high of 21 1/2 set in early '96. At that point, the stock will tell us if it wants to go higher or lower. But one thing you can almost be certain of, there won't be a takeover at $20. That's an insult not a takeover.

PS: The name change is HUGE for share holders. Its benefits will add $5-$10 to the share prices. I'll talk about that in another post later on.
