Concerning the reverse: The company needs shareholder approval before
any reverse can take place! Management holds such a small amount of
stock that it is going to be hard to achieve a successful vote!
The same goes for the approval of additional shares.
A reverse and an issue of 50 million will be very dilutive--I do not
believe shareholders will go for it!! They just got almost $2 million from a settlement--cash position should dampen the need for
sudden changes in capitalization. I am not sure that just because
the company would like to increase the authorized by 50 million does not mean that they would al be issued.

Bottom-line: A reverse by 10 to 1 and a four dollar stock price would
allow the company to sell a few million shares of stock in a secondary
and raise additional work capital.

At this point we have nothing to worry about! Votes are the key
and in my opinion the vote is short!

I do believe that newsletters like "undervalued DOG" cause a real
negative to neophyte investors--The hype is running HOT and less
experienced investors eat it up! Again, we wrote a research report
