A Few Ideas/Opinions: 1) Some people do not need to be so hard on Jack. He was in the middle of "salvaging" an almost worthless company. It is kind of like nature. A big hawk swoops in and "aquires" the little, dying mouse and uses him to further help himself. Just like our situation here. Jack did not have many options. 2)You all know that I have never been through a reverse merger before, but I look at it this way. At least I will have some value to my shares, right now they are virtually worthless. And we will also have a book value. 3)I know that WOTD is not a MSFT. I was just multiplying it buy the same numbers to see what I would come up with. And yes, I know what a P/E is and the Industry Multiple you multiple by is. Sorry, it was a little late last night. 4) Maybe, if they intentialialy put that 300-1 reverse in there and came back and said they goofed. Man, you are talking about some major happy people and the price will fly. Maybe that was their plan. Then the price will fly and then the merger will happen when it hits .05 or so, then do a 100-1 at the max... Just hoping. Regards, Fatt Matt
