Dave, Can you get me up to speed as far as what LCAV has to offer that the competitors don't? Did a 72 hr play on ATCI FDA approval in the recent past because I liked the star wars tracking device and the fact that it corrected up to 10 diopters. As far as insurance, I would not hold my breath waiting for them to cover it. However, I'll bet that I could get this allowed under my Health Care Spending Account. This means that one can use pretaxed money, which would decrease the amount by over $1000. Listen to this definition of unnecessary cosmetic surgery-The law defines such surgery as any procedure which is directed at improving the patient's appearance and does not meaningfully promote the proper function of the body or prevent or treat illness or disease. I'm no lawyer but I believe this definition would allow laser surgery to be reimbursable. John
