So I don't think one can say that Clinton has had a "consistent influence" of church going. To come to some kind of conclusion, it is important to have accurate facts as a basis.
On the other hand, it is absolutely normal to think about sex a lot, for men and women, and most people don't think they are sinning when they do that.
