I hav had all the financials,S-8's,etc for a month now.I've noticed that you guys and gals have finally gotten around to doing some SERIOUS checking. You have probably noticed numerous errors with addresses, zip codes, etc. By the way, have you found Woodbridge Medical Center yet? Listen to the Love Boat Captain. He seems to have the right take on the situation. Possible exception:who actually composed and filed the S-8's for SEXI? Huttoe or someone else. As you look at the filings on the S-8's, notice that the shaares were granted without restriction, which I believe means that there are no restrictive legends on the certificates which would prevent them from being sold immediately. The exhibits are the only document which shows the lock-ups. also ask yourself if the signatures and dates on the exhibits are real or forged......important. By the way, the JOHNS hopkins story is largely bogus. I haved jjspoken with the legal dept aking why they have allowed this scam to be perpetrated with their blessing. They're looking into it. I have spoken with Huttoe face-to-face for an hou and a half at the Boston show. He looked me right in the eye and lied through his teeth to me. Another gentleman was with me and will verify. You are right about Lazertek. It never was part of the company. But you need to ask yourself also if the other technologies can be pulled form the company leaving them nothing to sell. The Lazertek story was confirmed by Joe (SGA'S) SOURCE..HAHA. i HAVE ALSO LOST A CONSIDERABLE AMOUNT OF MONEY OF THIS. There are a couple of burning querstions here. 1. if the technology is for real, why would hutoe not wait? 2. why would Huttoe give away the company unless he carried a of baggage with him before he got into this? 3. SGA -check out the S-8's for Elka Park, NY addresses for a clue as to how many shares they really got. 4.Thornthwaite has never heard of the three ladies(tammy jo et al) 5. Margaret(Wolsey Holdings) is also in this. the last bit of possible disinformation was given to me by her husband Don who talked about a short interest of 15 to 30 million shares. sounds fishy..... 6.
