THE VALUATION: well, i have made great strides on DELL (the template for us) and should be ready with it late next week as i stated. One thing i can say is that Dell is much,much more difficult from a financial statement analysis perpesctive than DGIV will be. However, DGIV valuation will be more difficult from a projection perspectve. remember that 3 different independent (unbiased) financial people may come up with 3 very different answers or OPINIONS. However, as far as markets go- it is all we got. for everyone that wants a copy, please send your e-mail address (and $1M) to: dweiner@kpmg.com.pe even if you have previously sent me a private message, do this anyway- it makes my life easier.
