Good post Kurt .. I posted the testing earlier ion this thread of the DF-144. Also Texas has made them redesign the plants. That is one reason the production is not happening now. So the plant is now approved by Texas. The process is patented and registered (Not approved) with the EPA which you have to have to market and.or sell the product. All of this is already handled and believe me some would love to get their hands on what is being asked here today. I love it all this time nothing then a news release attached to TOSCO and here we are not slammers but those wanting the industrial secrets of Arcon. Too Funny. do be do be dooo GaBArd
