Scenario ATXI-FAMH
I dont think FAMH ATXI will close during the
4 week period. I think FAMH will be in the
.80-95 range at that time.

IMO, FAMH will not need ATXI to meet the
listing requirements and will be listed in
about 6-9 months at $4. (my opinion only)
