Does anyone have any insight into employee turnover rate and/or whether this is even an issue? I realize employees can't simply walk away with TAVA's database. But with no competitors to speak of, the potential for a core group of employees to leave and join a competitor or start something on their own might be high.

I plan to jump in long for the first time early next week.
