Hiccup: TAVA has an Employee Stock Option Plan... edgar-online.com Usually, when a company is on the brink of explosive growth, employees that are part of an Employee Stock Option Plan stay put... They realize that they will share in the company's growth... Quite a few millionaires (Microsoft, etc.) built their wealth this way... So... I see a highly motivated workforce that will become even more highly motivated as TAVA's success grows and their Equity builds... Jim
