Regarding stockholder meeting... I don't have specific info as to when. I would guess it would be after the name change to just "Digitcom". I hope we don't have to wait until after the NASDAQ listing. I would much rather see all of you in person than a Jpeg version of you. BTW, consider any buys you make on DGIV now as "pre-IPO" prices. Imagine where it will be after we are on NASDAQ!
