Luis, from reading that article, the thought occurs to me, what are the strong upright "outsiders" connected with HealthMed thinking? A former CEO of allied signal-does he know what's going on? Has he also been "conned"? I wonder if he will withdraw from all this "without comment". The SEC is going to be all over this one. This is the most colorful story going on in biotech. You know, this is probably just the tip of the iceberg. The board would be wise to give the lidakol numbers, the implication in withholding them is to possibly benefit "some group".
