Hi- they are going to release financials shortly..go to thread on Yahoo which seems to be the active one now..you will find the link on one or two or three of my posts.. hope you join us..ask Jeff, he is the unpaid I.R's person..he is contributing to the thread..also the news releases give his telephone number..he is a nonhype person.. briefly they have maybe only 100,000 or 200,000 debt.. there are 28 or 29 million shares outstanding insiders own about 13 million most of the others are tightly held maybe there are 3,4,or 5 million loose.. they just got a 2 million private financing with no share dilution.. Crowe will take approximately 20 % of ROP division and will manage it.. when the stock was at 25 cents..I did some quick math and said the company is selling for only 7 million and minus the two million they just got..only five million..sounds pretty undervalued..a few on the thread think the stock should be at 1.00 now..just on that basis alone! with contracts with amoco and shell west now..(amoco for about five years already..this does seem to be one great long term investment! have been trying to find negatives and can't..hope you can find some.. bobby (don't know if they will get the DOD contract but they seem to be recognized for having great technology!..deals with Amoco and Shell West I guess attest to it..also check out all news releases for other inroads..
