Michael, I will hunt for the URL on the story of the 45 arrests, that was another mysterious coincidence....about the time SEXI was halted there was news of a FBI "sting" whereby FBI agents approached numerous brokers and offered kick-backs to sell stocks to their clients. There is a list of the brokers arrested here in this thread, would have been sometime early in Oct. I think.
