You got it Hubert...trading in this stock prior to resolution of charges of fraud, is a completely ludicrous situation. The SEC has not, and is not, doing its job. It has allowed trading to continue without a peep, having halted the same. You have to wonder about their competence. I will be asking them for an explanation. I look forward to the unravelling of the SGA involvement, in addition to that of the deep pockets who engaged in illegal activities. Their disclaimer is laughable...
