What I meant to say (and had said in other posts) is that the CONSUMER sub 1K machines had (reported) 20% margins. I agree that the margins on the commercial sub-1K offerings are probably negative, given that those boxes were selling for $1500 before the price cuts. Consumer business at CPQ is growing but not yet a major component of CPQ revenue, not enough to offset the loss in margin on the other products - in any event the consumer line is by design lower margin than the CPQ average given the very competitive market space. I have only the 'guesstimates' of current CPQ employees to support the 20% number for consumer products.
