New internet play! Here's a good one. I have been in ICC Technologies (ICGN) for about a year. It's a small cap air conditioning company with some proprietary technology that they sold off earlier this year for about 20 mil. They said they were going to by some other AC companies to complement their business. Last Thursday I noticed pop from 2.25 to 4.25 on 20X volume following a trade suspension pending news. What in the heck did they buy? A friggin internet company. They bought Rare Medium, a web site design firm with an impressive list of big corporate clients. Best part is they are PROFITABLE. How many internet companies are trading at unreal PE's and haven't even shown a profit yet? Rare Medium was profitable in 97 and is projecting 2.5 mil profits on 10 mil revs for 98! In a nut shell, ICGN just brought Rare Medium public overnight. Check out RareMedium.com. Read interview with CEO. Very impressive. These people know how to design profitable websites for fortune 500's. I sold on the news but bought back in Friday on a strong close. This one is going to move when the press picks it up and the analysts figure out what just happened. Les
