Hi Jenna,

I'm a little baffled by this PDF file problem. I have netscape 4.0. My acroreader is V2.0. I can read all my other PDF docs with it, but I can't read your file. It tells me an error occurred opening the file. I rebooted and tried again. also I downloaded the file again. No luck. Are you using a higher version of Acroread than V2.0? I wonder if this is because I'm still in the win 3.11 environment. Anyway, if your file works for everyone else then the problem must be local. I'll just read the HTML post. Thanks much for your reply.

Good luck in the market!

Cos.
