I have always thought that HFS was a very aggressive company that worked hard to maximize profits. The CEO (Harry F. Silverman sp? I think) is a talented no-nonsense financial guy. I don't think that the bad news that has come out on the CUC buying clubs is enough to warrant the beating that the stock is taking.
