Chip, here is what I know. First, they've had 2 1-40 reverse splits in the past few months. I had 2500 shares averaged in the .58 range; I now have 2 shares trading at 8 to 10 bucks.

The Rawlings sports drink was sold and old TSNL shareholders were to get a chunk of shares equal to their investment dollars (weird huh) if you could produce confirmation slips that you paid money for your shares. This was designed to squeeze anyone who had received "free" shares for pump/dump type PR.

The outfit that got the drink, can't think of their name, says that TSNL didn't provide proper docs to effect the share issuance; TSNL simply says that outfit reneged. Each pointing fingers but not starting any litigation. Funny huh?

A broker friend of mine still says they will honor the commitment this month, but I ain't holding my breath.

Meanwhile, the two big reverses in TSNL was designed to screw the pumpers who had gotten "free" shares but in the meantime, legitimate shareholders are getting screwed. I don't have a lot in it so I never pursued anything with the SEC, but I wonder why no big shareholders never did anything.

That's all I know for now.
