Gordon, Just a few thought after reading the day's posts...
1) Last time I checked, the U.S. Patent office homepage is extremely incomplete. Heck, I couldn't even find who held the patent for Band-Aids! (I believe its Johnson & Johnson, but I couldn't get that off the site. )
2) No company, patent or not, is going to divulge its "secrets" on the internet. The CocaCola product is majorly protected, but it is STILL kept in a vault at their headquarters here in Atlanta, with only limited KEY upper management having access. Just one question here...What would Arcon have to gain by divulging their formula? Nothing. 3) It should be obvious to you at this point that you are not going to get whatever it is you are looking for here, so your continued presence here tells me you have other motives. If you were a mere investor trying to build up your IRA, you would have written off this thread as providing no information, and moved on.
4) If you have doubts about the stock, then don't buy it. Its that simple. No one here is trying to make a sales pitch to you, so please do not try to make one on us. I believe most of us here have done our own DD, and we are perfectly aware of what we have here. If you are not, then you can either A) Pay your dues and do your own DD,(call the company) or B) Scratch it off your list of possibilities and move on.
This is in no way intended to be a flame, however, don't think we haven't seen the naysayers before. Its become commonplace whenever a stock starts to move! LOL I think if you read the posts of the past few weeks, you will see that we were laughing about how long it would take you to get here! Congrats Gordon, you won the race!
