**** Most Likely Off Topic For Some****
Hello! Popiye,

In my opinion, much has been mentioned regarding the Stock market dynamics surrounding CVIA ( of course recently, but also on an ongoing basis!)

As I recently posted, I hope I have learned my lesson trying to share my personal thoughts and any feedback as to how I view the CVIA /WOTD Scenario unfolding!

Keeping that in mind, this may or not be of interest to anyone on this thread, but to me as a CVIA Shareholder, it did get my curiosity!

At best treat it as Entertainment value ( as I have suggested many , many times before!)

There is someone I know, that on Friday decided to buy a certain number of shares of CVIA! ( I will not mention the share number to honor recent requests of CVIA Thread participants!

This person is not accustomed of buying shares on the OTC-BB , but is definitely a high risk taker and gambler, and very much aware that CVIA could go bye, bye, in a moment!

As soon as the market opened on Friday, this person placed a bid ( or at least that's what they told me they did!)----to buy a specific quantity of CVIA Shares at .01 cent!----The bid was apparently placed with no restrictions, which I understood to mean, if all they got was 1,000 shares , so be it!

They inferred to me that it was their understanding that well after their bid was placed at .01 cent-----significant share quantities traded at

.008 and .009 cents!------And even were of the opinion that the shares were offered for a reasonable period of time at .09 cents!

All the while , they indicated that their bid of .01 cent remained constant, in full view, and significant in quantity to be noticed!

When all was said and done, they were apparently only able to buy about 30 % of the quantity that they were looking for and bidding on, at .01 cent!

In my opinion, I am not trying to make any judgements as to why this person was not apparently able to buy the quantity of CVIA that they were bidding for! Even though that it appeared that for the most part of Friday, their bid of .01 cent was apparently in the right price range, and even at times apparently higher then the offered shared price!

I do not pretend to understand the dynamics of the trading activites of the OTC-BB Stocks!---Plus! In my opinion , much to much has been recently addressed on this thread to even begin for me to speculate as to why such an interesting trading dynamics would have resulted, just using the example of one person trying to enter a bid in attempts to purchase CVIA Shares!

The thought had crossed my mind that over the past few days , I thought I had read on at least one posting that it appeared some investors appeared anxious to me, in selling their CVIA Shares ( at least that's how I viewed or interpretted the postings!)...

I just thought that if in fact this apparent trading effort was to some degree credible, then to me it would seem very odd!

In others experiences , when I have owned shares in companies that
their efforts had gone sour, ---usually most efforts to sell my shares at any price, in most cases were fruitless ( at any quantity!)---Yet! Inspite of several CVIA Thread Participants expressing their discontent as to their recent feelings towards CVIA's future and it's Management, I find this inability for someone who claims to be unable to purchase shares
of this apparent down and out company ( according to several of it's thread participants--in my opinion!)--when bidding at times higher then the offered price, and not getting the requested shares, actually quite unusual!

And in efforts to avoid any potential or possible misunderstanding in this posting, I in no way am commenting are predicting what I think that the future will hold in store for CVIA or it's shareholders!

I will keep my speculative thought's to myself as it relates to CVIA and WOTD! ( I'm more interested to hear what everyone else thinks will develope!)....

Best Regards,

Wayne J.
