PRIVATE IS BETTER?
Look at what you have been given from CVIA to base your investments decisions on. NOTHING
We were duped into signing a proxy on a letter of intent that we still don't know contained because we were in such a frenzy to close this great deal. We didn't need to see the whole thing, but a summary would have been the right thing to do. Jack supposedly did a presentation to institutional investors. WHAT DID HE TELL THEM? Since they didn't jump onboard, I assume they given information on everything including stay away until the stock is worth 5 Bucks a share. Jack was looking for them to buy the stock after we were all screwed.

I am not saying you guys should dump your shares, in fact if I owned shares now i'd hold to see if they retract the 300/1 split. The price will drift up because everyone will cool down and the price will get over a penny because it looks so cheap. If they do the 300/1 RS the share price will get absolutely hammered back below a buck. Nobody is going to pay $6 a share for a stock with 300K shares outstanding and 50,000,000 share authorized if they can't trust what they are going to do with the other 49,700,000 shares. Remember all CVIA shareholders your portion of the 500K could go from 100% ($500K) to a whopping $3,000.00. (looks better with the pennies).

I hate to be such a hammer on this but I wish I saw this comming. If Jack had all of his money tied up in this stock, I'm sure we would have seen a much different deal. I think this deal fills his wallet and empties ours. EOM
